Provable Rarity 101
Wondering where to start with Provable Rarity?
Here are a few key concepts to get you started... Don't worry, it's wayyyyy easier than it sounds... If this stuff makes sense... you will have no problem with using Provable Rarity.
What is Provable Rarity?
Provable Rarity is a set of simple methods that allow us to accurately compare rarity of names.
Is it hard to use?
Let's see, for the following image:

- How many symbols are there?
- How many unique (different) symbols are there?
- Are there any patterns?
ANSWERS
- There are 6 symbols (L6)...
If you can count to 12 you are good...
We call the total number of symbols LENGTH... L3, L4, L5, L6, etc. - There are 3 unique symbols (U3): red, green and blue.
If you can tell symbols apart, you are good...
We call the number of unique symbols UNARITY... U1, U2, U3, etc. - There are no patterns here. We are looking for repeating patterns
(See below for examples)

The symbols above have REPEATING patterns... Repeats can be forward or reversed... We call a reversed repeating pattern a PALINDROME.
If you can apply these three concepts, you have ALL of the math skills necessary to use Provable Rarity.
Examples with Digits
Apply the same three steps to the following:
- 7468
L4 U4 (No pattern) - 745547
L6 U3 pal (ABCCBA) - 775577
L6 U2 pal (AABBAA)
What do you think?
Is this making sense to you?
